Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your item, email us at hoshimart.shop@gmail.com and we will process your refund. Please state what was wrong with your item, along with a picture, and once approved we’ll give you your money back in full.  

Hoshi Mart values sustainability, so there is no need to return your item to us. If possible, please donate your item or recycle it.
